Stat 145: Introduction to Statistics

Description
Techniques for the visual presentation of numerical data, descriptive statistics, introduction to probability and basic probability models used in statistics, introduction to sampling and statistical inference, illustrated by examples from a variety of fields.
Prerequisite
Fulfillment of department placement requirements or a grade of C (not C-) or better in Math 120.

As this is a coordinated course (11 sections this semester), you may find additional helpful information at these other two websites, though a best effort will be made to have everything here.
