One thought for making sure we don't have too many people is to use meetup.com's event scheduler.
We are using meetup.com as a tool to manage meeting attendance. To attend a meeting
- create an account to register on meetup.com, then
- sign up with the Albuquerque Polyamory Meetup group to attend the meeting.
